Chargers Top Rookie Returns to Action After Hamstring Injury
USA TODAY Sports

The Los Angeles Chargers have received some not-so-great news on the injury front, but this one is more to Charger fans' liking.

According to Chargers insider Daniel Popper, LA's third-round rookie linebacker Daiyan Henley was seen back on the practice field doing individual drills.

Henley missed the first game of the season because of his hamstring, but things look promising, and we could see him make his NFL debut this Sunday.

He's been on the injury report since last week as he works his way back to the gridiron.

LA selected the 23-year-old in this year's draft with the 85th pick. He is a native of Los Angeles and attended Nevada and Washington State in his collegiate career.

We hope he can return to full health soon, and hopefully, it can be this weekend.
