Webster: What Man Utd attack Martial told me about Brighton

Brighton defender Adam Webster admits Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial was impressed by them last week.

The Seagulls beat United in midweek thanks to a 99th minute penalty.

Webster said: Every team we play against always praise us on the pitch if there is a stoppage in the game or whatever.

(Anthony) Martial was saying to me how well we were playing.

(Raheem) Sterling and (Conor) Gallagher at Chelsea did it a couple of weeks back.

I think we were 1-0 down or 1-1 at the time and he (Sterling) was saying we should have been 5-1 up.

When it comes from players like that it shows the work we are doing.

The way the manager has got us playing is amazing."
