WWE released several NXT talent in a wave of cuts on May 3.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that the following individuals have been released by WWE.
In the report, Johnson cited sources who said that the cuts were primarily from a lack of current creative plans for the talent affected. Johnson writes that the talent were “not being utilized and were not planned for anything in the near future.
Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan of Fightful confirmed the releases as well. Brennan reported that Boa had been released as well.
Boa signed with WWE in 2016, and he had a prominent run as part of Tian Sha. Feroz had been with the company since 2019. Bearhill had a brief run on NXT TV recently, as he had a short feud with Lexis King. Gulak is a former Cruiserweight Champion and 24/7 Champion.
As of this writing, it is not known whether there will be more releases. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
